1)Conventional testing start after the development phaze in 
SDLC
  
2)UnConventional testing Start at the beging the starting 
of the project  Means in the Requirement phaze itself

SDLC starts with requirement phase.

Testing helps that requirements are clear, complete & 

cosistent & further testable with the help of  defining 

quality some quality measures. If yes then can be 

  trasfered into functinal specification.

agiles process, then u should start testing while
requirement analysis and it should work with the developers
