We can use 25 KVA Generator, but generator run as 100 %.

generator is over load.

pls we can use 25 KVA to 40 KVA Generator.

Here Your Load Is 25 KVA lighting load,& Incase Case Of 
Lighting load The Load Diversity factor Factor Is Consider 
as 1 so on Basis Of That We Must required 25 KVA 3Ph 
generator ....but There May Be Possibiliry that All 
Lighting Can Not Be ON.

considering future loads too.
