KW=VIcos(phi)/1000

I=kw*1000/(vcos(phi)

For AC Circuit,
KW = (V*I*PF)/ 1000
And For DC Circuit,
KW = (V*I)/ 1000

Where V = Voltage, I = Current, and PF = Power Factor
