customer satisfaction mean,dealing with customer in a
proper or positive way.Every individuals are differenet so
there need and satisfactory leve also different.So the main
task of a employee of a call centre is to make them
understand that they are also concerned about their problem.

satisfied with our product and our service,he/she have
faith on us and our product.we just need to clear sll
things in a gud manner and customer will be satisfy if he
gets what he/she really wants in a gud way...
