Well...CUSTOMERS ARE NEVER DIFFICULT. Difficult are their
queries,which can be handled by understanding what the
customers exactly needs...and then can solve his queries.

first of all , i would like to tell u that customers are
always right,first i listen customer query then at that
moment i decide that how to handle this customer, as well
as i try to give handhold solution to the customer and one
thing more just keep in ur mind customers are always right.
first of all i listen all the concern of the cutomer
carefully and then apologies for the conern , and then gave
the right solution to the right concerned , and request him
pls contact us if u r facing any concern related to the
services and related to the product .
customer has become a "king" . you have to take into
consideration the costumer relationship and every
costumer's paticular context in order to serve him/her

First of all i listen the whole problem.
Then I will try to make it's possible solution with calm
mind. If he/she is wrong, then i will explain him/her about
their mistakes. and I will trace the whole problem
remaining in company's rules and regulations.
Customer is very Precious so first understand their
problems and show sympathy politely be calm while you
speaking with customer try to solve their problems with
satisfaction
First of all i will try to understand that why the customer
is angry i will listen the whole problem of the cumtomer
carefulle after listening the customer i will show the
empathy towards the customer problem than i will make best
use of resources to make cumtomer happay than i will take
lopback.
