Basic+HRA+Convenyence+Incentive and -PF-ESIC-tax

deduction so many thing like HRA,PF,convance

PF calculations taken like this below example Basic [3000]+ DA [2500]+ HRA [2200]+ Other Allow.[2000]= Gross [9700] PF 12% = Basic[3000] + DA[2500]= 660 or 12% of the 60% of the Gross Salary Gross Salary(9700x60%)x 12%)= 698 In both of the two amount, PF is taken in whichever is higher? That is PF = 698   3

Hi to all , I had a quirey regarding my experience. I had done my MBA in Hr and working as an personnel executive for last four years off rolls in a manufacturing unit .... now i got a oppurtunity for a central government company on regular basis and i need to attend the final interview. My problem is that some of my friends are saying i need to have a EPF number compulsory to prove that i am experienced and mere experience certificate given by employer is not enough ,, is it true.
