Any employee salary always came after included and
deduction so many thing like HRA,PF,convance
allowance,taxes if salay will came under tax slab .......
A person is applicable for gratuty only after complition of
5year with a company .....

The components of salary include
Basic+HRA+Convenyence+Incentive and -PF-ESIC-tax

Than it is the salary which a person get at the end of the
month.

Gratuity = (((BASIC + DA) * 15)/ 26) * Service Years
