SAP,systematic application procedures it contain personal
admin ,there r 2 main codes.PA40 & PA30.PA40 for action
means complete details of employees from hiring to exit.
Then the action is created, giving various parameters (ref. below IMG path) and the IG defined above is assigned to this action.
The below 3 nodes need to be configured for completing the action creation and adding to the end-user menu:
IMG -> PM -> PA -> Customizing Procedures -> Actions
(there are 3 nodes which need configuring)
-> Set up Personnel Actions
-> Create Reasons for Personnel Actions
-> Change Action Menu
Once all these steps are configured, you can verify functioning of the action by going to PA40
PA40-Personnel actions,It comes under the Personnel administration.It stores basic data of employee,the range of infotype num range is 0000-0999

0001-org assignment
0002-Personnel data
0006-Address
0007-Planned working Time
0008-Basic pay
0009-Bank details
0024-Qualification
0025-Appraisals
0105-communication
0003-Payroll status
These all info types we used
what is adhoc query?can anyone explain it clearly ?why it
is used and how do u configure it?do they ask abt t-codes
infotypes tables and features,i mean do we need to remember
all of them?
