After completionn of All integrated modules development 
team send to testing team in the form of "*.exe" file is 
called build.

we r geting the build through Mail notification 
For Windows application they send .exe
For web based application they send URL

According to your test plan prepared, the developer has 
been released the version, either the 

1.tester shall receive the build in .exe format or the 
2.Application is backup in the setup with the testing server

Build info is sent from Dev team through mail
For Windows application they send .exe or the VSS label name
for the source code from which we should do the build

For web based application they send URL

For unix based application they will give us the version
label for the build.
