company view: customer's satisfaction 
Testers view: 100% Bug free product which is impossible
Developers view: if testers cant find any more bug

There are 3 constraints here 

1.Resonable bug free( bcoz 100% bug free is not at all 
possible.)
2. Delivered on time 
3.with in the budget
4.Meets the customer expectation.


Note:main goal as to meet the customer 
expectations....there by to increase the quality

iii)Cost to purchse(Economical)
