technical assistance to callers but can also sell products
and services or make appointments.

BAsically,Call Centre is the hub from where employees
resolve or handle the query of the customers(who are using
the services of us)
Voice :- Directly servicing the customers whether on
telephone or face to face.
NonVoice:- Indirectly servicing the customer,we can say that
invisible support to customer.
Candidate should possess good communication skills,sentence
framing,polite,able to understand the customer and should
be understandable.
