1. I AM AN MBA-marketing.
2. Job position is Sales Manager or at least Asst Sales Mgr.

ANSWER: First of all I will focus on LEARNING as quick as
possible about the companies business and everything
related to my job. I mean rule of KNOW YOURSELF!. Then I
will manage to train myself (if no proper training
given...) of company operations, and how success is
counted... It will last for at least 2-3 weeks! Then I will
make my own initial analysis about so many factors
including sales figure! sales comparison for last year!
when up when down! why? why this? why that? Lot of WHY I
will ask to very knwoledgeable experienced boss of mine....
Then I will suggest some actions in meetings! Will listen
to my peers, bosses! Then we will decide course of actions
and I will lead those actions, will work hard with the
sales force for some initial success! Then will learn from
initial experience and will plan the next mov, with
continous analysis and listening from sales team....\

CONVICING you! Hmm! I am highly qualified educated, with
esperience of more tahn 3 years of which 2 years are in
Saudi market outside my home country... I used to manage
team of more than 200 people, project....??? I have
achieved sales targets so n so.... I can speak Urdu,
English, Arabic very fluently, I am guru of computing! I
can travel world wide... I will be a great assest to your
company, will be giving many times return on investment (my
salary) I know! I am confident enough to lead your company
with great success!.............
