ANSWER: First of all I will focus on LEARNING as quick as
possible about the companies business and everything
related to my job. I mean rule of KNOW YOURSELF!. Then I

given...) of company operations, and how success is
counted... It will last for at least 2-3 weeks! Then I will
make my own initial analysis about so many factors
including sales figure! sales comparison for last year!

will ask to very knwoledgeable experienced boss of mine....
Then I will suggest some actions in meetings! Will listen
to my peers, bosses! Then we will decide course of actions
and I will lead those actions, will work hard with the

continous analysis and listening from sales team....\
