The ultimate aim that lies in my vision is to assess the
capabilities and capacity of individuals there by selecting
the RIGHT PERSON FOR THE RIGHT JOB through means of
stimulating and searching of potential employees to have
their career at our esteemed organization.

recruitment is part of hr tasks.. means i wanna be a hr 
manager,,,n for starting as a recruiter will enhance my 
skills professionally.. not only recruiting...that include  
payroll processing, interaction with external 
organisations,maintaining data base,training n development, 
motivating employees.. n i feel i can do this job 
efficiently as i am very much comfortable n effective, 
influecing in interaction with people.
