With out Testing U can not deliver a bug free and reliable
system or product.

To check the product is reaching the client requirements and
to prove the product in a quality oriented way.

yes above both them are correct. In previously there is no 
testing team. In that time developers go to conduct the 
testing but they had done the same mistakes what they were 
did in developement. thats why testing team had came.

Testing Team) is needed. Frankly speaking, TESTING is the 
best insurance for a company's bright future.
