intensity direction and persistence of effort towards 
attaining a goal.

Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want 
them to do bacause they want to do it.

acc. to me motivation is a catalyst to ur success.. means

that will revijunaete a looser to do their particular task 
with a new zeal n zest.. 
if A  person is not optimistic,, he/she shud b motivated by 
his/her supervisor..

towards achieving the targets.

for stimulating it's workers for fullfilling a perticular 
objective
