After finish the writting test cases tester has to wait for 
Build release.

After finishing the writing test case v have to send to Tl
or PM to review the testcases, then v have to wait for build
and reviewed testcases v have to exe the testcases....

After  writing testcase we should review it. reviewing can 
be done by another test engineer or test lead...once got 
the result fix the review comments
