All testings  like Regression testing,retesting,sanity
testing,compatibility testing,exploratory testing etc..are
said to be the testing methodologies.

Black box and white box are only the testing methodologies.

The refinement form of test strategy is called  test 
methodlogy.

Black box testing and White box testing are the two testing 
methodologies.

Testing Methodology means a general guideline which 
describes what are the testing activities, types, levels of 
testing conducted by a company. In brief is it is a testing 
framework designed by a company irrespective of project and 
type of testing conducted. This document describes all the 
general view of testing in terms of company.

In a s/w dovelopment life cycle, the system testing 
process is starting with system test initiation. in this 
stage the project manager catagery people are 
preparing "test strstegy" document. this document is also 
known as "test methodology" or "test approach".
