class site so better way u work in any small company
whether u can implement ur knowladge whatever u have and
after collecting good exp. go for new job.Ok
Ok, if you have decided . then my suggestion for you is.
Start preparing yourself for more technical questions.
Because, if you go with 2 yrs of exp. then you will be
considered as experienced person.

The people with fake experience are also taken in the
companies now-a-days blindly, which is really a bad thing
for all the innocent people who r in job search. But, one
fine day they'll be kicked out due to so many reasons like
they won't be having real time experience and that too some
companies are very aware and particular abt this issue. So,
no way for their survival in any company eventhough they get
into any.
hi sirisha,this is jalsa from hyd.what u said is wrong.Fake
experience is a part of software life.So many people
settled with fake exp.u encourage everybody.if the person
performed well in interview,he will get job with fake exp
eventhough if he identified as a fake candidate nobody
throughout from his job.this is a matter u have to know.I
think that u know everything but give advice everybody
positive.
i agree with sirisha because whatever she said is correct
only...IF all the fake people are getting jobs, what about
the people who are coming out as freshers? Then these
freshers will be jobless and then they inturn put fake
experience and all...right only na?
yes, we should not encourage the people who put fake
certificates. Instead, we can guide them in a right way in
getting the job, if at all we have time to do so. we need to
encourage them in that way, not by telling All the Best for
whatever they do..becoz of these kindof fake people, the
whole software industry is becoming veryyyy baddd.

First of all u dont think that u put fake when u
r facing the interview.And gather the live experience from
ur closed circle.Nowdays most fake people survive in many
companies even in MNC's.Prepare well best wish for ur
fruitfull future.

to Point answer...you will face the interview very
badly...but one thing!if your interviewer is a dummy/waste
candidate, then u'll get the job very easily..what's an
idiotic question?
How many of u are having real exp? And how many people in
the s/w industry are real? Any guesses? Its good we must
not encourage fake candidates. But what about them who are
already in having fake experiences. Show as long as you
prove the credentials.
But, yeah its not advisable to show fake experience.

What abt Freshers now?
According to u...Who will hire no EXP candidates in this
case they've to die without a job in this world...
I know people with stuff in them still looking for jobs
with no EXP...I also know some dummis working in big
companies with no EXP n no JILL to learn....
So let's talk abt people like ... with no interest in
learning or not working hard...
In ur first interview he/she can easily make out if u're
fake but if u can make him beleive u're experienced shows
u've stuff in u n that clicks ....
first of all.. hi everybody... this question has made

me. if a person have such ability who can perform very well
than exerienced guy then no problem at all... if u r showin
fake make sure tht ur experiecence certificate is fake and
not ur concepts... becoz a person who knowz the concept and
screw the interviewer, then he can survive anywhere even
thou if he is fake.. wht i say is if u have confidence tht
u can make it thru interview with ur knowledge n concepts
then u can go for fake... becoz some experienced persons r
so dumd the will very poor than the freshers and its
fact... when u r showin fake u must prepare so well tht ur
answer shld justify and convince the interviewer.. who told
experience can be gained only if u work in the company..

If the fake people will enjoy getting the Jobs, then what
about real innocent experienced people? If you are not a
fake person, you'll be knowing the real pain in getting the
job. Please don't give any suggestions like you can also put
Fake na? like that.
Show the amount of confidence and the can do attitude and
technical stuff to your best will get you through.Stress on
the concepts of technical language rather than normal
language...and most importantly be positive smiling well

See friend since u have mentally prepared ur self to put
fake experience to gain entry into compnay that is of not
much concerns,Buts more important factor is how are you
goin to prove ur woth and benefit for compnay.U must equip
urself with all manual testing concepts very wekll.Be
strong in database (sql queris) and java and any automation
tools.Atleast if you are having stong analytical skills the
company if at all finds ua re fake will weigh ur good
qualities and if u add to their value, revenue then will
never sack you. They will continue to retain you. So All
the Best !!! Put fake exp but equip urself with
qunitessentails of software field.Build on ur comm skills
Use Computer Lingo in ur day to day language show them how
computer literate u are and that definitely adds to your
value.

If u decied to show fake exp be prepare for the
justification at the time of interview and after u got
opportunity for documents and certification. Use technical

why to put 2 years of experience,if at all you are doing
fake than do it in a gentleman's style.show fake exp.of 20
years and say now i should be in a position of a SPM and
this is a fact neither PM nor SPM does know any thing about
the project or have any technical knowledge.So, right at
your first interview you will be placed as a SPM in an
MNC.that's it and 5 years from then you will be a CEO.
when we found problem occured in requirement while writing
test case when communicate with client but they not
accepting it is problem whether you continue further or
not?
In the team both developers as well as testers will be
included na,if so then the same TL will assign the work for
testers also or else TL will be different for testers?
My questions are-
1. If we have 1 week time in hand what will be the approch
of testing.
2. If we have very lesstime in hand then how we will do the
regration testing.
2. When there is a change in requirement in module A then
what should be the approch to change in that module and in
other module like B,C etc an whow we update the test case
pls explain the scenario in detail.
3.How do you confirm that for perticular funtionality all
the test cases has been written.
