yes ! customers are always right the thing is their quaries 
are difficult we hav to understand them therefore cus are 
always right.

no customer is not always right sometimes they are behaving 
like child and even dont try to understand that a 
particular problem is just because of him not by the 
company.

I think customer is not always right, customer may not know 
the product better than us. He might have a wrong 
assumption, so it is better to give him the currect 
information.


Even though, customer is the king, every king needs a 
assistance who acts as a brain, to avoid fatal mistake.
