I just said that I wanted to help and advise people and I 
felt this was a career that would allow me to do that.

Really emphasise how much you have gotten out of your job 
at the moment (personal, professional job satisfaction) and 
outline ways in which you've worked well in your team. 
Mention something about being comitted to the company.

Then move onto saying how ready you feel you are to move 
into an area which you would now find more challenging and 
show off your knowledge about HR how that would fit your 
skills (ie. good teamwork, good relationship with people or 
whatever) and what you could bring to the job...

Be confident and smile lots and plan exactly what you're 
going to say and how you're going to say it....

well according to me an HR is the face where the 
organisation see the face or employees and employees see 
the face of employer.

you cn say we are the main pillar for better communication.

HR is the area where interaction with people and managing 
people happens a lot and quite a very challenging task... 
Maintaining people , developing people and retaining people 
is the major challenge and i am person who loves to take 
all these challenges.....

HR is the area where one can understand the whole scenario 
of the particular organisation which starts from joining to 
attrition of employees, managing manpower,giving traning 
and devlopment and many more.As  I am very much interseted 
in learning these skills and knowledge.
If i will get this oppurtunity in your organisation as a 
human resources.I am very much sure that my career growth 
will be very nice which will also help to the organisation 
to acheive its goals.
