kick off meeting will be a high level meeting.i guess test 
engineers will not participate in that meeting.so there is 
no chance of observing anything in that meeting.

Kick off meeting conducting intially.once the requirements 
freeze.
 In this meeting Project Managers giving the detailed 
discussions of project staring date and ending date, when 
the testing will start, development and testers team 
structure and their roles. Project cost.

Kick off meeting is the meeting occurs when the day the 
project officialy starts.

Mostly clients also participate in this meeting just to 
have a high level/major mile stones of the project.

Kick off meeting is conducting by the Project Manager with
all the members who involved in the new project like Team
Manger/Team Lead/Team Members/if needed Clients, at the time
of Starting a new project to have a brief and complete idea
on that project.
And they are going to discuss all the main/required concepts
of the current project.
