some practicle study shows that the reactive power at the 
receiving end is not equal to the reactive power at the 
sending end.But according to theory the reactive power is 
exchanged by different parts of the network – capacitors 
and reactors permanently, but is never consumed or produced.
Then Where that reacrtive power loss occuring?is there any 
formula to calculate reactive power loss?

The transmission lines have a capacitive charge due to the 
fact that they run at a distance from ground (at a 
different potential. This capacitive effect is absorbed by 
other parts of the network
