i will not force him to take anything from me.first i will 
show the diffrence between what he is using and what iam 
updating with.then based on this i will try to conveince 
him.

i will first understand the customers problem. and also 
feel sorry for what he suffer from that problem.firstly i 
will listen the customer and then and then only i will give 
advice otherwise its totally depends on the customers. you 
must have inner confidence.

We have to leave a positive note, so that the customer can
be approached again, like using 'I understand that you are
not in  a need to buy the product now, May be later'

first thing i will do that i ll be convence the customer 
that if he take my product so its good for him.and also i 
will show the customer need on my product if he is not have 
any need..
