TestDirector is not only used for bug tracking...we can 
also design the testcases and we can execute those 
testcases.
Plz correct me if i am wrong

Test Diretor is not only for bug tracking, using test 
director one can trace overall work done starting from 
requirements to bug reprting and bug tracking too.
One can write requirements, plan , lab and defects
Requirements: Collecting all requirements.
Plan: Planning for the requirements and writing test cases.
Lab: Executing test cases
Defects: Logging defects and bug tracking system.

Test Director not only used for bug tracking system 
but also used for designing test cases,mapping test cases 
and reporting bugs to authorised person for this test 
Director requires Reporting server.
