Hi

1) check the page displaying in popup is correct or not.
2) check the popup widow size and cotents in the popup  
and    sub-links if any.

3) check weather a popup is minimize and other popup is 
firing or not.

4)check for security of popup.

1. when pop up window is ther u shouldnt  able to click on 
the the parent window

2. check for close icon X on the right top corner of the 
pop up window
