Sanity test determines while we are doing the testing 
Whether the test is reasonable to proceed with further 
testing or not (means the particular test is must or not).

Sanity testing is the initial level of testing.Before you 
accepy the all the major functionalties are working 
correctly. Itd like a fitness of the product.
 After finishing the sanity testing we can do the system 
testing.

Sanity test is performed when a new build is going to be 
test. It tests the major functions of the new build to 
confirm the new build is working and can be done for 
further tests such as the functional test and/or the 
regression test.
