must have 3 screens (Entry, verification and confirmation
screens) in series. It was found that at the final
confirmation page the data was getting saved in the database

no further action is there to continue. simply its not 
getting displayed so it could be high priority and medium 
seviourity bug

 B)High severity Content issue is the answer according to my
knowledge.
Because the data was saved in the database so there is no
data lose, its only content issue. If the data not
displaying means it should be a high severity.
