Driver first sees 16 then 61 and then 106.
106-61=45
61-16=45

Rajesh is correct.
It mentiones clearly that the car is moving in a uniform
speed. hence we have to find a number ab (b - units place
and a - tens place, eg, in number 46, a = 4 and b = 6)such
that ba-ab = axb - ba. Only then the speed will be
uniform.. The only combination possible that way is 16,61
and 106. hence the average speed is 45 km/hr

I don't think Rajesh is correct....on which property based
he did the question.....bcoz at driver have to see only 2
digit number...
