Quick Assets= Current Assets-(Inventories+Prepaid Expenses)
Quick assets are liquid assets. The ideal quick ratio is 1:1

transferable in nature  
quick asset for eg. cash,debtors,stock etc.,

in ratios inquick asset formulla is
quick asset = quick asset(or)liquid ratio /current liabilities
