whitebox testing (Unit Testing)is done by developers and 
there are different steps/stages in Black-Box Testing      
( Functionality, System, Integration..etc) which are done 
by QA team.

In Test straegy, we are discussing the what levels of 
testing needs to be performed in functional aspects. And 
test strategy is a black box testing.
