Merger is a method of Reconstruct Capital Structure of a 
concern. In 1991 Our government is made a policy of LPG. 
ie., Liberalisation, Privatisation, and Globalisation by 
these new suitation most of the business enterprises need 
to change their capital structure to adopt the 
environment.  So, that in 1991 merger is popular.
