I want to leave my present job for a better pay

I never want to leave my present job. Actually I love the 
work culture & environment over there. I have learnt a lot 
in my present job. I have faced a no. of challenges in my 
present organisation & i think whatever i have gained would 
be great to implement in your company. thats it.

actually the present job gives me no more oppourtinities 
for promotion. i would like to have a job in which i can 
prove my compitivity and continue to progress

I think i get a job that should be fullfill my needs,it 
will be enough for run my family.this is the only cause of 
i leave from that.

cause iam looking for a better change, and iam interedted 
in that field .

ACTUALLY ...WHERE I M WORKING AS PRESENT THAT IS NOT A BIG 
ORGANITATION THERE IS CERTAIN WORK NO CHANGEMENT NO 
CHALLANGE IS THERE AND NO CHANCE FOR GETTING GROTH. SO I M 
FED UP WITH MY PRESENT JOB AND ANOTHER REASON IS INVIORMEMT 
IS DECREASUNG DAY BY DAY .....STAFF IS NOT CO-OPERATIVE AND 
FLAXIBLE. MAIN AND FINAL REASON IS MY SALARY IS NOT ENOUGH 
TO RUN MY FAMILY SO I WANNA LEAVE MY PRESENT JOB

working with this org. is is very cheerfull bt sometimes 
feel salary and groth rate is not good .if anybody wants to 
grow in his life salary and growth makes matter so b coz of 
that i wanna leave my present job .nothing else.

I wud like to relate this  with the journey..I do keep 
moving from place to place..stand at one position and try 
to grasp the surroundings and do the best wat i can and 
once again moving to new place using my present experience, 
gaining the past exp...The same in my career too...

Actually i did not want to change this job  i love to work 
in this organisation, and have helthy envoirment, i have 
faced no of challanges in this organisation and i handle 
them with my work effort, and i think that this will help 
me in working in your company and i can face them easily.
