Hi If you want to learn good testing you can join in peers 
technologies 
Aditya enclave,
Opposite Ameer pet bus stop
Ameer pet,
now a days there is no jobs on testing 
if u want get job 
You will be good at QTP or Load Runner,
My suggesion is learning QTP and Load runner,
if You join in Peers u can learn qtp very well By Uma 
Sankar.
