http://208.116.30.129/exam.php, in this you have to click 
Enrollment Form link to confirm your registeration.

Me also need the study material, i searched many links but 
i hav't found any such a maetrial in online. 

Use this book "Foundation of software testing for ISTQB" 
book by Rex black.Its helpful

Hello,

I found on Amozon different books. And also I found that 
there is a study guide which costs almost 280 dollars. Too 
expensive for me. Can anyone give me a good book which 
covers ISTQB foundation level syllabus?
