literal meaning of prototype is original or model to be 
copied or developed.
in biotechnology,the prototype are used in the sense 
that,when any standard enzyme or a method is used for 
furthure any development that is called prototype.
eg.enzyme monooxygenase p450 is used for chemical 
synthesis.this is an example of prototype.
