i will consider myself as hard worker not as smart worker
because when i will do hardworking people will think about
me as  smart worker and if i will consider myself as smart
worker it will be arrogant.

ill implement my smart working skills in any hardwork then
ill get the solution in a right time in correct manner

i am a hard worker as well as a smart worker

It is not that the smart worker is not the hard worker. The 
situation demands both at times. Tackle it as per the 
requirement. To just be on one is like making fool of 
others.

Hard or smart, the nature of the job is the one to decide
it.However a right blend of hard and smart skills make your
cup the best.

I am both smart and a hardworker... If you can work what is
supposed to be done and have showed your best, that i can
consider your smart enough to work hard because your after
the organizational goal of the company.

doing my best to finish the work/task that is expected to be
done within the plan.

As far as I am concern, what is meant by hard work? the 
term Hard Work is physical or mental? if it is physical my 
answer is, since i am a software professional, i need not 
do any physical work except typing. so, i am smart worker. 
If it is mental work is hard work then i am a hard as well 
as smart worker.

I suppose i am both smart working and hard working,
I love to complete my task smartly and putting a little bit 
of hard work in it makes it even more easier for me to rise 
above the rest and complete it before time.So i suppose 
everyone should be a blend of the two to be successful in 
life.

It depends on the situation on what we are. I think it all 
depends on the time and number of things that we need to 
do. some we may have more things to do in short period of 
time then we need to organise the things and manage the 
time well to achieve our goals.

     That means any person working by mananging time well, 
and organising things i.e. picking out task which is more 
important and compulsory makes you to look like smart 
worker,and at the same time doing work by keeping of full 
effort on that to complete makes you hard worker.

that means everyone needs to smarter and harder to compete 
in this highly competative world.

I think Hard worker works from Heart and Smart worker works
with mind...... 

Smart worker thinks of doing the job in time only for the
sake....
but Hard worker does the work with full of interest and
completes it before the given dead line.....

As far as i am concerned, both hard work and smartness are 
interrelated. we can become smart in our job only with 
hardwork. we can work hard only if we are smart enough. now 
i would like to say that i am a hardworker.
