domestic call center needs average and most of the people
are eligible for that.in case of international call
center,person requires excellent command over that least of
the people posses.
I prefer Domestic Call center to Internation call center
becuse there is no required to night shift.
not hectic Schedule, you can learn each n everything in
simple way n you don't feel shame on you if u don't know
english.

well, according to me a domestic call center doesnt need
fluent english speaking skills as much as a international
one demanda, more over international one deals with not one
country but many others .. so fluency demanding factor is
much more than required in intrnl calcntr than the domestic
one..
people can fastly attracted by the domestic bpo because of
their problem of fluence of english.but both domestic and
international bpo may require good fluence of english.but
in the domestic bpo the influence of the persons mother
tongue may fall on their spoken english.
