It's same as "Post Delivery Defect" i.e. defects identified 
after delivery of the software to customer/user.  But, for 
DDD it clearly say the defects are delivered with delivery.

the DDD is (No. of Delivered Defects /FP) or (no. of 
defect / Person Hour)
