Please read the question again. I am asking "WHEN" are the
above stated documents prepared?

sravanan it is not "future" to be tested.............it is 
features to be tested.
 
   Software Testplan and  UAT testplan are prepared at the 
requirements stage it self

I think the User Acceptance Test Plan is prepared at the
end. The user runs the test cases specified and
accepts/rejects the project on the basis of that. 
In short, it is a final document for acceptance and closing
of the project. But i want to make sure the "TIMING" when it
is written. 

Test Plan i think you are right, i.e. during the requirement
phase. But i need other people to share their views as well.

According to V-model we we prepare Software test plan and 
User Acceptance test plan at requirements stage itself..
