privesouly,your skill,your strength, discribe yourself by 
using some meaningful and give example, your achivement, 
your goal, your hobbies and tell them why those thing are 
your hobbies,how they improve you, what you know about that 
thing for which you are facing this interview, and what you 
can do for them.

1. Total years of experience.
2. Years of experience with current organization and 
project details(High level information is enough.If they 
ask more details abt the specific project then elaborate it)

Actually u should go with short of academic detail your 
family background, why you joined this field. Your 
ambition, goals, your hobbies, your strengths, achievements 
and all these things which you cannot tell them  through 
your CV.

Please can any one say which is correct way to answer for an
experience candidate. first shall we say abt the name, born
& brought up,Qualification,and then Family Background, Any
Experience,skills, objective, hobbies, strength.
