u just refer mathur and sarma's book thermal engg. most of 
the questions covered that book

Please refer Objective question and answer book by KHURMI 
GUPTA and RK JAIN.As I CAN remeber the 85 questions out of 
100 were from those books in 2003.I am not sure about 
current trend.
