After getting BRS & FRS doc's simply u conduct review's on
those docs, if there any errors or any doubts simply u post
those errors to ur TestLead or Author of the doc's. He will
give explanation of those errors, by using that information
u can prepare Test Cases

If the SRS and FRS are having errors look into the BRD
(business requirements doc)if that is not provided or it is
not clear...prepare a issue log and send it across to the
concerned person.

What is the business Analyst there for. He is paid to give
a distinct reply to these so called "errors".

Typically once a FRS is signed off. we may not see too many
functional deviations.

Well SRS is arbitarily required. so it depends on the
gravity of the situation.
