verify that the 2nd page of hotmail displays some 
information related to user who logged on at 1st page.

For example if you logine with the user name "XXX". it 
should be displayed as Welcome XXX in the mailing page.

Hi,
          Up to my knowledge integration is done by the 
developers and tester has to test the integrated parts to 
check how they are functioning. Testing the integarated 
parts are as normal as testing the application.

If you are testing client/server application, Integration 
test may be External or Internal i.e. with in a system.

Example: HRMS application and Financials application (two 
different applications)
Testing between Employee Data and Payroll processing is an 
Integration test, which is internal for HRMS application.

Where as the calculated wages or salaries in Payroll(HRMS 
application) has to be paid through (or accounted in) 
different application i.e., Financials application is also 
an Integration test(external).
