web_reg_save_param()<Correlation with its various arguments>

lr_start_transaction()<labelling transactions>

web_custom_submit()<in case of testing any xml requests, 
that you amy want to create and test>

atoi()<alpha to integer conversion for making a 0~9 type of 
strings effective for use just after correlation because 
correlation captures every thing as a string.

sprintf()< to create a charqacter array out of a string, 
useful when attaching or augmenting a character array with 
some random data returned from server. Generally found 
significant immediately after correlations>

lr_whoami()<to generate a unique identifing number for any 
vuser in a scenario in Controller>

There would be many more. These are generally used 
irrespective of protocol you are using

in general best o/s should posses max CPU utilization.but in loadrunner we consider CPU utilization exceed 70% it is a bottleneck in CPU.explain why? Symphony4

I have observed a scanrio executed/elapsed time in 16 seconds and succeded, when I set the duraion to 'Run Until Completion'. Same scanrio is failed/Gradually exited/stopped, when I set the time duration for 20 seconds (after the Ramp up has been completed). Why it is haapedned. Hi i have installed LR 8.0v on my system and wanted to test siebel web application. when i tried to record the application throught siebel web protocol, the launcher tries to connect to that URL but after some time the URL gives as Page Cannot Be Displayed, the same URL when we login manually it works fine. Hi, I'm trying to measure page load times in a web app. How do I verify that the page I go to next is fully loaded? Do I use content verification (web_reg_find)? I am measure the time it takes for a page to load and then the user goes to another page and another and so on. I need to know how long it took for page one. How long it took for page two and so one. I'm using transactions for each page, but I want to make SURE that the page is fully resolved/loaded before the scenario goes to the next page. So, does LoadRunner automatically do this or do I have to use content verification or do I do it in some other way? Thanks, Brian  1
