Visual Basic is not an "Object Oriented Language" its 
an "Object based Language" because, in VB we cannot 
implement Object Oriented Concepts like: Inhertiancy, 
Polymorphism, Encapsulation and Abstraction. 

But it is an Event drive programming, easy to develop 
applications.
