In Testing stage.why b'coz while we testing the product 
more defects will be raised by test engineers in Testing 
stage only.

What sunil said is exactly correct,
1.N number of defect are found in Requirement -(Walkthrough 
and Inspection)around 50%.
2.1/4 of the bugs found in Design and Codings(Unit testing)

so Remaining 25% of defect found by testers
(Functional testing,Sys testing,Reg testing,Non - 
functionality tetsing and Perfo.... testing).
