I am an MBA with 2.8yrs of experience into HR and very much 
interested to get into the career of ERP i.e Oracle Apps

Why not you try for SAP HR. It's a hot cake in ERP industry.
Go ahead with SAP HR that would be very good future.

I am an MBA (HR) fresher and very much interested to get in 
to the career of ERP i.e ORAcle apps or SAP hrms . I am a 
Bsc COmputers Graduate so i want to go for technical as 
well as fuctional , please suggest me.

Hi Preeti,

Now, the market is going towards SAP, but in future aspect 
ORACLE would be going to beet SAP.  So, my suggession is to 
go to Oracle Apps only.

And, I know a very good faculty. So, if you could send me a
