It depends on the copnay for which u apply for, some 
companies do insist for graduates and others don't. It also 
depends whether its for Tech support or for non-tech.

The epxected salary for a fresher will be between 8k and 
10k per month ( how well you can negotiate :-))

i very wise question indeed, the ITES industry has been 
facing a few hurdles that they are not many candidates who 
are available for the industry . (right Person for the 
Right job )

you need to be a major for joining the job - above 18 years 
of age . 

Qulification - The required QULIFICATION in many companies 
is at least a Greaduate. A few companies offer jobs to 
undergraduates too . 


The expected salry for a fresher would be 4,000rs in a 
domestic call centre . 
 
In between 6.500 take home to 9.500 rs for a fresher in 
MNC .
