verification is tipically invloves the checking and

business specification.validation comes after execution of 
test which validates the aplication as a product and sends 
for deployment.

verification:is the process to conforming that it(software)
meets with it's specification or not.It's static because we 
testing specificatio with out execution on computer.

because we testing developed software with execution on 
computer.
