I mean 
  1.what are the testing skills that u have 
  2.what are tools that u have used(mentioned in ur resume)
  3.What are tests that u have participated in Testing.

Apart form this some genereic questions areZ:

  1.What is smoke testing/sanity testing?
  2.What is diff between Load testing Stress testing?
  3.Some questions about SDLC life cycles
  4.Some questions of bug rteporting
  5.Questions on severity and prioriry
  6.Bug life cycle....etc

appreciate your commiting of keeping fake experience.

I don't know in which status you are whether you got job or 
not,but i see your fortune as successful test team lead.

First thing in the success path:
(1) just have a go thru ISEB or ISTQB syllabus foundation 
level.
(2)then Go thru as many as testing interview questions on 
website.
which are only based on theory(i mean no tools related)
(3)Then if you have software of tools then go thru the 
turorial pdfs.
(4)Then again go thru the testing interview questions.Now 
you feel confident about answering some questions.

I know your question is about manual  testing.But what i 
mean is dont get strucked by one question of testing 
(either is manual or automation)

Keep on atteding the interview one day you will survive out 
of it.
You will learn more about testing automatically when you 
get into the job.

I don't know in what state you are, whether you got the job
or not. but here are some of my words.

Before going to the interview be well prepare on the subject
and also along with the above given suggestions from some of
our friends, be prepare for question on your project.

They may ask you to explain about your current project. 
how many test cases are there in your current project. 
are you doing manual testing or automation i.e 
what is the tool your are using and the version
what is the tool you used to report the bug
what is a formate of test case document in your company
and also bug report document formate
They may pick any word from your project summary what you
have written in the resume and ask question on that

so be prepare for the project session. you should know top
to bottom of your project. each word of your project summery.

Dont try to hide anything in a current situation, better 
improve your skills by learing all types of testing and do 
some certification and learn some depth knowledge of any 
one automate testing.

Its better for you learn Load Runner as because there is an 
less competation in our Testing field. 

But make sure that in and out u should get knowledge about 
any one automation tool...so that no need of worry abt ur 
job in ur future too..

try to avoid some fake exp.. tell them the reality .. .
