i un-install the trial version of QTP After 14 days trial 
period.After un-install trying to install new version 
asking licence number.Pls resolve my issue

Mate, u got to format ur system if you want to install the 
trial version or else u can install the virtual system in 
ur PC and install the software in ur system. U can reset 
the hard disk of ur virtual system with the fresh hard disk
(u have to take a back up of the virtual system before 
installing the QTP)

harish thanks for ur suggestion,but i heard this answer 
before.Previously i have some information delete some files 
in system.Unfortuantely i lost that information.
 
i know little bit information like 
Click run-> enter regdit--->hkeycurrentuser-->Software-
>mercury interactive---->QTP 
right click and delete that file

He is right .. when u clean the registry files in your 
machine , again you can able to install trail version..

Yes u can install fresh copy again, but if you try to 
intsall the addin again, it will not worked. Please let me 
know if anybody how to work around with .net addins 
workable with again install trial Qtp9.2?

while doing this it won't let u install QTP it will ask for 
license key to install.

Anyone know beside above process and formating the system 
any other solution for that.

Once I installed the crack Ver of QTP s/w & uninstalled the 
same . I tried to install the same s/ w once more , but the 
s/w cannot be installed properly (,The reason may be 
because of registry key ). For QTP there is one third party 
tool is available for deleting the registry keys
I uninstalled QTP & run the tool for deleting the keys and 
now the status is 
CLSID Count = 0
TypeLib Count = 0
Interface Count = 0
ProgID Count = 0
Key Count = 2
Means still Key count is 2 , so my Question is ,
How can I delete this pending 2 keys 
I search in regedit window with the s/w name (QTP or 
Mercury Interactive ), & I deleted all keys related to QTP, 
but still 2 keys are pending 
Tell me how can I find out this 2 keys and delete & how can 
I reinstall without formating my mechine????????

I think there is a folder rainbow.By deleting this rainbow
folder and all the QTP and mercury registries(by using
regedit),we would be able to reinstall the trail version.

reinstall QTP without OS installation.

 
1)Goto Registry 

a.	Enter REGEDIT by clicking Start;Run.
b.	Click CTRL+F.
c.	Enter QTP* and Press Enter.
d.	Delete all keys that are related to QTP.
NOTE : If you are not able to find the folders then 
manually go to all locations and search the folders.
	

2) Delete the keys from the HKEY_local_machine in the 
registry
	1) Clssystem
	2) MercuryInteractive
In the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
	1) Remove Rainbow.SentinelLM

3) Delete the files  from your system

wlrun.ini,mercury.ini,sysprs7.dll,clauth1.dll,clauth2.dll,ls
prst7.dll,lsprst7.tgz,lservrc,ssprs.dll,ssprs.tgz,tmpPrst.tg
z,sysprs7.tgz
Some of the files not available in your system. leave it 
and continue to next step.

4) Uninstall QTP  from add remove programs

5) Restart the System.

6) Goto registry and delete Mercury interactive from two 
folders HKEY Current users and HKEY Local Machine

7) Install QTP

8) Restart the system

Followed Sumit's article .. it worked man... I have tried
this on QTP 10

Steps followed 
1. Uninstall QTP from Add\Remove program files
2. Restart the machine
3. From Registry - delete all reference of QTP and Mercury
4. Perform search for the entire regedit and delete
5. Delete the keys from the HKEY_local_machine\Software
	1) Classystem
	2) MercuryInteractive
6. Delete Rainbow.SentinelLM from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
7. Delete the following files  from your system
wlrun.ini,mercury.ini,sysprs7.dll,clauth1.dll,clauth2.dll,ls
prst7.dll,lsprst7.tgz,lservrc,ssprs.dll,ssprs.tgz,tmpPrst.tg
z,sysprs7.tgz

Some of the files not available in your system. leave it 
and continue to next step
8. Restart the machine
9. Navigate to <instal dir> delete HP folder.

BINGOOOOOOOOOO .. Re-install it will work.
